Are your cushions safe for children?

Yes 🙂 Our cushions are designed with children in mind. We use soft, child-friendly materials and anti-allergic filling to ensure comfort and safety during everyday use.

Are the fabrics OEKO-TEX® certified?

Yes. The fabrics we use are OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they have been tested for harmful substances and are safe for children and everyday use.

How big are the letter cushions?

Our standard letter cushions are approximately 40 cm high, although exact dimensions may slightly vary depending on the letter shape.

Can I order more than one letter?

Of course 🙂 You can combine multiple letters to create initials, names, or personalized decorative sets.

Can I create my child’s full name?

Yes! Many of our customers create full names using multiple letter cushions to personalize their child’s room.

Are the cushions handmade?

Yes. Betty’s Home cushions are carefully handmade in Europe with attention to every detail, quality, and finishing.

How should I clean the cushions?

We recommend gentle spot cleaning to keep the cushions looking beautiful for as long as possible. Detailed care instructions may vary depending on the fabric type.

Will the colors look exactly like in the photos?

We do our best to present colors as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Orders & Gifts

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes — if your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to make changes. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at hello@bettyshome.pl.

Can I send the order as a gift?

Absolutely 🙂 Betty’s Home products are perfect as personalized gifts for baby showers, birthdays, christenings, and many other special occasions.

How long does order processing take?

Each Betty’s Home product is carefully prepared with attention to every detail before shipping.

Order processing usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the product type, customization, and current order volume.

During holiday periods, promotions, or seasonal peaks, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes 🌍 We ship Betty’s Home products to many countries worldwide.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package at every step.

What happens if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bettyshome.pl. We will do our best to help and track your shipment.

Can I order for a specific occasion or deadline?

If you need your order for a birthday, baby shower, or another special occasion, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll let you know what is possible.

Where do you ship from?

All Betty’s Home orders are shipped from Europe.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bettyshome.pl.

How many days do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes 🙂 Please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help you find the best solution.

Can personalized products be returned?

Because many of our products are made individually for each customer, personalized items cannot be returned unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

How do I start a return?

Please contact hello@bettyshome.pl with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within a few business days after the returned products arrive and are inspected.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We’re very sorry if this happens. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bettyshome.pl and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
