Behind the Scenes: How Our Velvet and Bouclé Letter Cushions Are Made
An idea that truly matters
Letter cushions are our signature product. But before they find their way into your child’s room or into the design of a luxury apartment, they go through a long and thoughtful process. It all starts with one idea: to create a decoration that is beautiful, durable, and 100% safe for the youngest users.
Carefully selected fabrics
Velvet and bouclé didn’t appear in our collection by chance. We searched for materials that are soft, resistant to frequent washing, and at the same time look exceptionally elegant. Every batch of fabric undergoes quality testing and must carry the OEKO-TEX® certification.
Hand cutting and sewing
All letter cushions are cut and sewn in our small workshop in Poland. We don’t use mass production — every piece is created in our cutting room, where experienced seamstresses take care of perfect edge finishes and every tiny detail.
Filling that always springs back into shape
Our letter cushions are filled with high-quality silicone fiber filling that is hypoallergenic, soft, and resilient. Thanks to this, each letter keeps its shape for years and looks just as beautiful even after many washes.
Quality control before shipping
Before your letter cushion is packed and handed over to the courier, every single piece is carefully inspected — checking for loose threads, correct shape, and evenly distributed filling.
