1. Are your cushions safe for children?

Yes! All of our products are made from fabrics certified with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which means they are free from harmful substances and completely safe even for babies. We fill them with hypoallergenic silicone fiber — soft, springy, and suitable for infants.

2. What materials do you use?

The most popular choices are velvet (soft, elegant, with a subtle sheen) and boucle (with a cozy, teddy-like texture that fits perfectly into the hygge style). Both fabrics are durable, gentle, and wonderfully soft.

That's why our cushions are not only beautiful to look at, but also irresistible to cuddle — something you'll notice immediately in children's reactions.

3. Can the cushions be machine washed?

Letter cushions as well as decorative stars and clouds are best cleaned spot-wise with a damp cloth when lightly soiled. For bigger stains, we recommend gentle hand washing in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Please avoid strong spinning and tumble drying to preserve their shape and softness.

4. Do the cushions have removable covers?

Our letter cushions do not have removable covers — they are sewn as one piece. This ensures they keep their perfect shape and remain durable in everyday use. Our floor poufs, however, come with a zipper, so the cover can be removed and washed — a big advantage in children's rooms.

5. How long does order processing take?

Each cushion is made to order in our sewing studio in Poland. Standard processing time is around 5–7 business days, but during busy seasons (before Christmas or Children's Day), it may take a little longer. That's why we always recommend ordering in advance, especially if the item is a gift.

6. Can I order a letter cushion in a custom color?

On our website you'll find a wide range of velvet and boucle colors. If you're looking for something more unique, feel free to contact us. We often create custom orders, matching colors to specific interiors or photo shoots.

7. Are letter cushions suitable as gifts?

Absolutely! They are among our most popular gifts for occasions such as baby showers, christenings, first birthdays, and Christmas. Letter cushions are packed in elegant boxes lined with tissue paper, ready to be gifted. You can be sure your present will make a lasting impression — and won't end up forgotten like another onesie or plastic toy.

8. Are your poufs filled with polystyrene beads?

No. Our floor poufs are filled with upholstery foam, making them stable, springy, and long-lasting. They keep their shape over time and don't collapse or spill like classic bean bags filled with polystyrene beads.

9. How are orders packed? Are they well protected?

We take great care to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition. Cushions are placed loosely in sturdy cardboard boxes lined with soft tissue paper. Each package is carefully sealed and secured so nothing shifts during transport.

10. What if I want to return or exchange a product?

You may return an unused cushion within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, however, that personalized items — such as letter cushions with a child's name — cannot be returned, as they are made especially for you. That's why we're always happy to help before purchase, so you can be confident in your choice of color and fabric.
